- The Create account button is greyed outThe button unlocks once the anti-spam check finishes. If it never finishes, signing up with Discord goes around it entirely.
- Your verification email never arrivedCheck junk first. After that it is nearly always a typo in the address — and the resend button is on the sign-in page.
- Sign in with DiscordOne button instead of a password. It also links the account, which is what makes the bot recognise you.
- Reset a forgotten passwordThe link on the sign-in page works and is good for an hour. If you only ever signed in with Discord, you do not have a password to reset.
- Change your password, name or emailThe password and your display name you can change yourself. The username you cannot, and the email goes through us.
