Get a copy of your data

You are entitled to a copy of what we hold about you, and we will send it. There is no button for it yet, so it goes through a person.
How to ask
Write to us from the address on the account and say you want a copy of your data. Asking from the account's own address is what tells us it is you.
What you get
- Your account details, and what your settings are set to
- Your library — every game, status, hours and note
- Your lists, reviews and journal entries
- Your forum threads and comments
- XP, Bounty, achievements and the ledger behind them
- Which platforms you have linked (never the tokens themselves)
Ask before you delete
This matters. Deleting the account empties the row in place — after that there is nothing left to send you, and no way to reconstruct it. If you want both, ask for the copy first and delete once it has arrived.
Corrections
Most things you can fix yourself in Settings. For anything you cannot — the email address, or something in a record you cannot reach — the same address works.
