There are 31 things you can put on a profile, in five kinds.

Acquire, then equip
Two separate steps. Acquiring spends the Bounty and is permanent; equipping is what puts it on your profile, and you can change your mind as often as you like at no further cost.
Some are locked to a tier rather than a price
A few are tied to supporter status instead of Bounty. Those show as locked until the tier they belong to applies.
Where the Bounty comes from
Not from XP — the two are separate on purpose. See Bounty and what to spend it on.
Post colours
These change the colour of your name where you post, not the post itself. It is deliberately a small effect: a forum where everybody is shouting in a different colour is a forum nobody can read.
