Who can see your profile

Settings → Privacy has one choice with two answers.
Public
Anyone with the address can open your profile: your library, your level and rank, your achievements, your lists and what you are playing.
Friends only
Only people whose friend request you have accepted. Everyone else gets a closed door rather than a thinned-out page — a profile that shows some of you to strangers is harder to reason about than one that shows none.
It applies everywhere, not only on the site. Professor Buffy refuses to read out a private shelf in a Discord channel too — a library read aloud in a channel is still a library read.
What stays visible either way
- Anything you posted in public. Forum threads, comments and reviews carry your name where you wrote them. Making your profile private does not retract things you said out loud.
- Public game lists. A list you published is published; make it private on the list itself if you want it back.
- The leaderboard. It ranks by XP and shows the name attached to the number.
If you want all of it gone
That is deleting the account, which is a different and much larger thing.
